Terms of use

Updated: 27.09.2026

Bewero is provided by Thalassa Consulting Kft. Contact: info@thalassa-consulting.com.

1. Your documents

Bewero helps you prepare application documents. You are responsible for truthful information and checking suggestions. Upload only material you are entitled to use and do not misuse accounts. Your content remains yours and is processed for the functions you choose. Documents are stored locally in your browser; keep exported backups.

2. Optional AI

AI features require an enabled provider and your separate consent to the described processing. AI can produce mistakes, unsuitable text or inaccurate images. Review results before use. Bewero does not guarantee a job or acceptance by an applicant tracking system. Other features remain available without AI consent.

3. Prices and duration

Included features, quantities, prices and duration are shown before purchase. The application pack is a one-time purchase without renewal. Monthly Pro renews monthly and may be cancelled at the end of the paid period. Twelve-month Pro is paid once and ends automatically. A free trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Purchases cannot complete while payment processing is unconfigured.

4. Cancellation and consumer rights

Cancel monthly Pro through account settings or the cancellation link. Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal and conformity rights, remain unaffected. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, notify info@thalassa-consulting.com within 14 days of the contract using a clear statement, purchase date and contact details. Accepting these terms alone does not waive withdrawal rights or authorise their early expiry. Contact us with faults or payment questions.

5. Availability and liability

External services may change in availability or scope; this does not remove paid entitlements or mandatory rights. Mandatory liability remains unaffected, including intentional misconduct, gross negligence and injury to life or health. We will give appropriate notice of changes to these terms; material changes are not assumed retroactively.
